Toss’d is a quick serve, custom salad concept in a 269 square foot kiosk in downtown Seattle’s City Centre building (home of the Palamino Restaurant). The proprietor has been in the restaurant business for 25 years, but this is the first operation he has actually owned. You can only imagine his level of anxiety.

The Hamlin Group was hired 2½ years ago to develop the OVERALL CONCEPT with the future goal of rolling out multiple locations. To achieve that aspiration, we identified and secured an ideal LOCATION; created a distinctive MENU and established BRANDING for the concept’s logo and color schemes; developed the MARKETING and ADVERTISING plan; negotiated all CONTRACTS, including lease, equipment, signage, cabinetry, electrician, plumber and architect; created the overall DESIGN; and built the BUDGET. Every step of the way, we were their COACHING the owner.
